Tony Ledonne

Managing Director

With over forty years experience in managing all aspects of sewer, watermain, stormwater and pumping station construction including overall supervision of staff, site management and liaison and negotiation with client management. Project Management of construction contracts to achieve client’s time, cost quality objectives. Highly experienced in all types of pipe system design, construction, operation and maintenance.

Douglas Duran

Accounts/Financial Manager

Extensive experience in business financial matters. Responsible for company accounting including financial planning, budgeting and credit control.

Mena Fadd

Office Manager

Expert in office management. Responsible for maintaining office services by organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems and monitoring clerical functions.

Peter Ha

Senior Estimator

Peter has over ten years experience in estimating water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Responsible for planning and compiling the estimates, planning and compiling tender submissions.

Shaun Zimmerman

Construction Manager

Over twenty-five years experience in supervision and management of sewerage and water supply construction for pipelines, pumping stations and pressure sewer systems. Responsible for the supervision and on-site training of the construction workforce and liaison with client management in the absence Project Managers. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturers courses and environmental courses.

Kevin Brown

Project Manager

Mechanical Engineer with over twenty years experience in construction contracting in sewer reticulation, carrier mains, pressure sewer systems, stormwater, water and sewage pumping stations. Excellent record of accomplishment in completing projects on time and to the satisfaction of the client. Very knowledgeable in contract administration, WHS, QA and Environmental issues.

Daniel Civitarese

Project Manager

Civil Engineer with over ten years experience in complex civil, water and wastewater infrastructure construction. This includes wastewater reticulation, carrier mains, pressure sewerage schemes, stormwater, water and wastewater pumping stations and associated works. Excellent record of accomplishment in completing projects on time and exceeding client expectations. Extensive knowledge and experience in WHS, QA, Environment, Tender Submissions and Contract Administration.

Todd McLean

FOREMAN

Over ten years experience in supervision and management of sewerage and water supply construction for both pipelines and pumping stations. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturer’s courses and environmental courses.

Paddy Zimmerman

PLANT MANAGER

Vast experience in repair and maintenance of all types of machinery. Responsible for the scheduled maintenance of the company’s motor vehicles, construction plant and machinery and the management of the Company’s workshop and storage yard.
