Ledonne Constructions has been established for over 29 years and specialises in providing outstanding water and wastewater  solutions to its clients. Ledonne Constructions has been successful in delivering major projects in both New South Wales and Victoria.

Ledonne Constructions are accredited under the Office of Federal Safety Commission (OFSC) and the company is third party accredited to ISO9001:2008 (Quality), AS4801:2001 (WHS) and ISO14001:2004 (Environmental).  Ledonne Constructions also have endorsement under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.

COMPANY BACKGROUND

Ledonne Constructions Pty Ltd was registered as a company on 10th June 1986. Prior to that date, the firm traded as Allawah Constructions, a partnership with three partners. Two of the partners retired, and the third, Mr. Tony Ledonne remained and is now the Managing Director of Ledonne Constructions.

Managing Director
39 years experience in managing all aspects of sewer, watermain, stormwater and pumping station construction including overall supervision of staff, site management and liaison and negotiation with client management. Project Management of construction contracts to achieve client’s time, cost quality objectives. Highly experienced in all types of pipe system design, construction, operation and maintenance.
Suzanne Gaffney
Contracts Administrator
Recently joined Ledonne Constructions Pty Ltd as Contracts Administrator10yrs  as a Project Manager/Site Manager at both Shell Oil Refinery at Clyde and Caltex Oil Refinery in NSW and QLD in Industrial Cleaning and Painting

Responsible for; tendering, negotiating tenders, successfully managing projects to come in on time and on budget, overall management of onsite workforce, conducted WHS  and Environmental audits, WorkCover investigations, managing workplace relations including negotiating 5 different EBA’s.

17 yrs experience in all aspects of Contracts Management including  Contract Auditor, Cost Control Engineer and Procurement Specialist in the mining industry in WA

Experience as Client and Principal Contractor’s representative.

Douglas Duran
Accounts/Financial Manager
Extensive experience in business financial matters. Responsible for company accounting including financial planning, budgeting and credit control. Doug also has 2 years experience as WHS Administrator, which include the core role of internal auditing of the company’s Integrated Management system, including on-site audits.

Shaun Zimmerman
Construction Manager
Over 13 years experience in supervision and management of sewerage and water supply construction for pipelines, pumping stations and pressure sewer systems. Responsible for the supervision and on-site training of the construction workforce and liaison with client management in the absence Project Managers. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturers courses and environmental courses.
Kevin Brown
Project Manager
Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years experience in construction contracting in sewer reticulation, carrier mains, pressure sewer systems, stormwater, water and sewage pumping stations. Excellent record of accomplishment in completing projects on time and to the satisfaction of the client. Very knowledgeable in contract administration, WHS, QA and Environmental issues.
Yok Yong
Project Manager
Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years experience in mining and water and sewerage infrastructure projects including estimation and tendering, management of projects, contract management & administration, quality management, OHS management and environmental management. Includes 25 years experience with Sydney Water Corporation in the Project Delivery area of the Asset Solutions division.

Project Engineer
Civil Engineer with over 6 years experience in water and sewerage projects. Responsible for technical aspects of site construction, managing compliance with site safety, environmental and quality plans and personally dealing with all client parties and the local community. Currently Project Engineer on the Yamba Sewerage Augmentation Project.

Allan Harrigan
Foreman
Over 44 years experience in building construction & associated industries both in Australia & overseas.. Qualified Carpenter & Joiner and Licensed Builder for 22 years. Extensive Experienced site manager on sewerage treatment plant construction.
Todd McLean
Foreman
Over 10 years experience in supervision and management of sewerage and water supply construction for both pipelines and pumping stations. Extensive training in OH&S, pipe manufacturer’s courses and environmental courses.
Peter Coles
Foreman
30 years experience in the construction industry including pipelines, residential building & concrete structures. Over 20 years experience as a construction supervisor with Rous Water before joining Ledonnes in 2011.
Paddy Zimmerman
Plant Manager
Vast experience in repair and maintenance of all types of machinery. Responsible for the scheduled maintenance of the company’s motor vehicles, construction plant and machinery and the management of the Company’s workshop and storage yard.
Others In addition to the above management positions, the company employs five plant operators and six tradesman, pipelayers, labourers and apprentices. All employees have varying degrees of experience in sewerage and water supply construction, and have completed various training courses such as pipe manufacturer’s pipelaying, environmental and land care awareness, WHS and confined spaces.
